A: We accept all major payment methods to ensure a smooth checkout: Apple Pay, PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa. We are continuously working to expand our options and plan to add iDEAL in the near future.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take, and when will my order be processed?
A: We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 2 to 8 business days. Please note that the exact shipping time can vary depending on the specific product and destination. You can find the most accurate estimated delivery time for each item on its product page. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your order is on its way.
Q: What should I do if I haven't received my order?
A: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of its confirmed shipping date, please contact us immediately. We will launch an investigation with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, you will receive a full refund of your purchase price and shipping cost.
Returns, Refunds & Withdrawal Right
Q: What is your return policy if I change my mind?
A: As an EU consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email. Once we receive the unused item in its original packaging, we will issue a full refund, including standard shipping costs. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Q: Who pays for return shipping if my item is faulty or not as described?
A: If your item is defective, damaged, or does not match its description, we cover all return shipping costs under the mandatory 2-year legal guarantee. Simply contact us, and we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Q: How long do refunds take?
A: We process refunds promptly and without undue delay. You will receive your refund no later than 14 days from the day we confirm your withdrawal or the return of the faulty goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Warranty & Guarantees
Q: Do the products have a warranty?
A: Yes. In addition to your 14-day withdrawal right, you benefit from a mandatory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years from the delivery date. This covers any defects, damage upon arrival, or if the product does not match its description.
